Booking Terms

These terms apply to reservations for the Gay Cycling Retreat, organised by Richard Jeroma, Theodor-Heuss-Allee 52, 53773 Hennef, Germany.

1. Reservation and Confirmation

A spot is reserved by paying a deposit of €499 per person. The reservation only becomes binding once I have confirmed it. I may decline a reservation; in that case the deposit is refunded in full.

2. Payment

The remaining amount is due 8 weeks before the first day of the retreat. You will receive an invoice 10 to 12 weeks before the retreat, stating the amount, the due date and the payment details.

3. Cancellation by You

You can cancel your reservation at any time up to 8 weeks before the first day of the retreat. If you cancel, the deposit is retained, because an empty spot raises the fixed costs for everyone else. Anything you have paid beyond it is refunded.

From 8 weeks before the first day the week is fixed for both sides and the full price remains due. Everything you have paid beyond the deposit is refunded if your spot can be filled again.

4. Minimum Group Size and Cancellation by Me

The retreat takes place with at least 5 participants. If fewer spots are booked 8 weeks before the first day, the retreat is cancelled and everything you have paid, including the deposit, is refunded in full. The same applies if I have to cancel the retreat for any other reason.

5. Accommodation

Should the booked villa become unavailable, accommodation of equal or higher standard in the same region will be provided instead.
